All systems purchased directly from EmperorLinux come with the full manufacturers' hardware warranties. This means that if you have any hardware-related problems, you deal directly with Sony (Sony warranty information).

As part of our support, we will help you determine if your problem is related to the installed Linux software, or is really a hardware problem.

Most Sony systems are under official Sony hardware warranty for 90 days, and have the option to extend the hardware warranty to one (1) year, if you register your system with Sony within the first 90 days. Just give Sony a call on their support line: 1-888-476-6972 (1-888-4-SONYPC). They just need the serial number from the base of your system to register it.
