Take a detailed look at the life cycle of an EmperorLinux laptop order from first interest to after the delivery of your system. How quickly will I receive my order? Most of our systems ship to your door the next day. Some of the more configurable systems have a slightly longer build time, but they will ship to your door the day after we receive them. EmperorLinux will ship your laptop overnight (and insured) using FedEx; someone will need to sign for the laptop when it arrives. (Other shipping arrangements are available by request.) Want to use a Purchase Order? or Lease Finance? If you are from a government agency or university, we will happily accept Purchase Orders. Please call or email and we can send you (or your purchasing agent) a detailed quote either by fax or email. We can also help if you need to justify EmperorLinux as your sole source for Linux laptops. We also offer business lease financing. Do you offer extended support contracts? EmperorLinux does offer support contract extensions. After your first year of Linux technical support is complete, we offer a one year contract allowing you to continue receiving phone and email technical support and kernel updates from EmperorLinux. If you want portable Linux, but don't see a system that meets your requirements, you can compare all our systems by your choice of metric or, for more exotic systems, perhaps what you want is a custom laptop.
